As an update to my previous post regarding my weight loss program, I would like to make a short comment here about my progress. Over the weekend, I discovered that I am now able to cinch my belt to the last notch. Not the last one on the outside, but the innermost one. This means if I continue to remove mass from my body, I’ll have to buy a new belt. My wife suggests just punching a new notch, but where’s the fun in that?
Another update is that I can now fit into some jeans that previously were too small. Their snug, but don’t look bad. My wife told me they are very slimming. Only problem is I have quite a bit of a gut that sticks out above the belt line. So I’m making progress, but still have a ways to go.
Onward and downward.
