Lately I've been pressured to get some photos of our new dog up on here, so here we go.  Mostly this pressure has been coming from our family friend who sold us the puppy.  In continuing with my strict rule of not revealing the names of people we know, I will not be telling you that our friend's name is Shelby.  So anyway, if you know me, you know that it doesn't take much for me to post photos of my family, so not a whole lot of pressure was necessary.  You can pretty much imagine that the conversation went somewhat like this.  

Family Friend:   Hey, I haven't seen any new photos of Missy.  You should post some more.

Me: Okay.

As you can see, there was only a minimal amount of arm-twisting.  So without further delay, here are some new photos of our Misadventure (Missy). 

Here is Missy and Bear, posing very nicely for this picture taken by Mrs. Schadeboy.  This photo was taken just moments before the animal-tronics in Missy went berserk.  You can see the beginnings of this in Missy's eyes.  That's not retinal flashback you see.  Or a flash glint.  That's pure 100% electronic malfunction about to happen.  We got Bear out of there just in the nick of time.

While this may look like two friends cuddling up to each other, what's really happening is Wisp (the black one) is secretly wondering how long she has to stay there until she can get up and walk away.  "Is a minute long enough?  Five minutes?  Oh, I hate having to pretend I like this mutt!"

"I'm going to sit here looking cute as long as I need to in order to prevent you from going into the family room and seeing the pile that I left in there."
