To be honest, I'm not terribly familiar with Art Buchwald's work. And to hear it from everyone else, it sounds like I'm missing a lot. So I believe I will be reading his works very soon. However, he inspired my favorite humor writers, to include Mr. Dave Barry and Gene Weingarten, so he must have been pretty good. And thus, I pay a small tribute to a great writer. May your works and influence live long and prosper, Mr. Buchwald.
